Register for PTP 2023

Please read these important notes!

1. Registration has three sections
   1. Register attendee(s). Add all members of your party (including yourself, if you are attending)
   2. Contact/shipping information. Tell us where to send your name tag(s) and schedule(s)
   3. T-shirt pre-order. If you wish to pre-order a shirt, you can as you register. This is optional, but please note that t-shirt availability will be limited at the event.
   4. Payment. Tuition payment is required to complete registration. Checks are not accepted.
2. If you are registering children ages 0-12, you will need additional information for each child:
   1. Child’s Name
   2. Age
   3. On-site contact name and phone #
   4. Email address
   5. Allergies
   6. Special Needs
      1. Are these:
         1) Medical needs or
         2) Special needs
   7. Who else besides parents can pick up child:  name and phone #
   8. Can the child self check-out? This means the child can leave wherever they choose during the day.
