Please note: Space is limited so requesting a space does not guarantee a space. PTP will award space based on availability and will invoice you for the amount owed. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment for the space and registration (where required).

Non-Commercial Rates

  • (4’ Table) — $25.00 with paid registration fee
  • (8’ Table) — $50.00 with paid registration fee
  • Electricity — additional $35 for the week

Commercial Rates

  • (4’ Table) — $100 for the week with paid registration fee
  • (8’ Table) — $200 for the week with paid registration fee
  • Electricity — additional $35 for the week

Square Foot Space Rental

  • Non-Commercial space — $2.00 per square foot
  • Commercial space — $3.00 per square foot
  • Electricity — $30 for the week
  • Tables may be rented for $20 each (must be reserved ahead of the convention)
  • You may bring your own tables for your space

On Friday, August 14, the Exhibition Hall opens at 7:30 AM and will remain open throughout the day. Vehicles will not be allowed in the building after 12:00 PM on Friday.

PTP is an annual event associated with churches of Christ. It is held each July in Branson and each August in the Smoky Mountains. It is attended by over 6,500 people from all over the U.S. and many nations.
